Staying cool with Homemade Popsicles

After breakfast Lizzy had a homemade popsicle I made with fresh squeezed orange juice and orange slices. She absolutely loved it! We will be making more popsicles using different fruits and maybe sneak in some veggies. Homemade popsicles are a great way to control the ingredients used, no high fructose corn syrup!

  1. Yum! This looks delicious and cool on a hot day. Let us know how the popsicles with vegetables work out. Love the necklace.

I love that you list your menu for the week. I have a terrible time deciding what to cook and this helps me come up with ideas for my own dinner menu.

  2. Sure will! Plan to do veggie pops next week sometime. The menu helps me keep organized. If you need the recipes for anything on the menu let me know, I find most the recipes for the menu online and have links.

  3. Yes, no high fructose corn syrup! I love the idea of adding the fruit slice. Hey, I'm with Dorothy as far as your menu goes, although I more read it over and envy what you're having. Also your activities of the week, painting flower pots, making ice cream. I remember those lovely days. I love your profile pic.
