Lizzy's imagination has exploded she's constantly pretending something. Today she was pretending she was going to work...she got her suitcase and got in her car ready to go!

Lizzy Helps in the Kitchen
We took Lizzy to Froberg's Vegetable Farm because she said she wanted to eat more vegetables. Lizzy picked out green beans, zucchini, cucumber, tomatoes, grapes, pears, and apples to eat for the week. Lizzy ate all the veggies and fruits she picked out. When I get home from work if I'm making dinner Lizzy always wants to help.

Galveston Seawall Parades
It's Mardi Gras time in Galveston. This Sunday was pets and children's mardi gras parades. We all went to both parades then had dinner at the rainforest cafe. Lizzy liked the parades and getting beads. She told me she was afraid at the rainforest cafe. They sat us with the gorillas above our table and Lizzy was scared to look back at them. At this time she was very tired. She slept the whole way home and ate her take out dinner from the rainforest cafe at home. Lizzy is so happy when we spend family time together.

Valentine's day
Lizzy woke up to mail at her mailbox. A Valentine's card, some play cookies, and a shiny red guitar! Later she played her guitar and sung a song for us.

Life is Sweet!
This month Lizzy's activities are Valentine's Day themed! Lizzy has her mailbox out and most days she gets a delivery. She is very excited to see her flag up...that means something is inside. Over the weekend I made some chocolate play dough. I used a basic homemade play dough recipe and added cocoa powder to it. It worked better than I expected. Lizzy loved playing with the play dough, shaping it into candies and heart shaped cookies.
