First time eating Meat
Lizzy tried pureed meat for the first time today. She has Chicken Tomato Pastina. It started off good and she had about half the jar when she got grossed out (I don't blame her) and we switched to pears and mangos. For the first time I think she did really well with meats. Lizzy is a pretty good eater she loves fruits and most veggies. She doesn't like the green veggies as much but she eats them. Our goal is to start introducing her to more finger foods now that she is 9 months.

Milestones
Lizzy can get off the couch by herself! She goes from sitting to her tummy and then backs up to get off the couch. Her she is after getting off the couch. She can also stand alone for a few seconds then plops down.
Lizzy love to roll. Here she is after rolling into the hallway in front of her room. She's very proud of herself.
Here is Lizzy practicing crawling. She still doesn't actually crawl but, she has learned how to get into a sitting position from laying on her back.

Brobee Pinata
The making of Brobee Pinata.
Mike built the Brobee skeleton out of boxes we had left over after Christmas.
Here is the skeleton Mike built.
I covered the skeleton with lime green and green fringed tissue paper. The face and cones were made with heavy card stock.
Here is Lizzy (she had just woken up) with her Brobee Pinata
We are planning a yo gabba gabba theme 1st birthday party for Lizzy. We will be making most things ourselves since there isn't very many yo gabba gabba items in stores. Lizzy will turn 1 May 25th!
